Parking

Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre has many options for parking.

​

Drop-Offs:

An unloading zone for patrons is available in front of Day Hall for direct access to the SART box office, and Owen Theatre. 

​

General Parking:

Parking is available in the rear of the Day Hall building, street parking in front of Owen Theatre and Cornwell, as well as the parking lot adjacent to Moore Auditorium. 

​

Handicapped Accessible Parking:

Handicapped parking is available in all lots, just look for the marked spaces. 

​

Motorcoach Parking:

An unloading zone for passengers is available in front of Day Hall, with direct access to the SART box office, and Owen Theatre.  Once passengers have been unloaded, buses may park in the lot below the chapel, located on Highway 213.

Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre (SART) is a professional theatre company in residence at the historic Owen Theatre in Mars Hill, North Carolina. Conceived in 1974 by director and theatre educator Jim Thomas, SART has produced scores of original works, plays & musicals over the years many portraying the rich culture and heritage of Southern Appalachia.
